DECLARATION
I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:
- The information provided to LG Smart Solutions LTD & Partners/Collaborators is correct and accurate and I have read, understood and completed all the relevant documents and applications including this declaration by myself.
- I completed the application form (where applicable), personal statement and CV by myself.
- I have never finished a university/higher education course (Level 4 or above) (for students/applicants to undergraduate courses) and if I have, I have informed LG Smart Solutions LTD.
- I accept that LG Smart Solutions LTD & Partners/Collaborators have the right to cancel my application if it is found that I have provided false or inaccurate information.
- By submitting my information, I am consenting to LG Smart Solutions LTD & Partners/Collaborators acting as data controllers and processing my personal data for educational purposes under the provisions of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
- I understand that my information may be shared with 3rd parties (e.g., information systems) solely for the purpose of facilitating my application to study.
- In compliance with GDPR regulations, I consent to LG Smart Solutions LTD & Partners/Collaborators retaining and sharing my personal data, and contacting me via telephone, email, social media, and post.
- I consent to my personal data being included in a computerized database/portal and transferred to clients such as universities and colleges.

The information provided in the form will be kept in LG Smart Solutions’ database depending on the outcome of the application:
- 1 year from the date of application for applicants not enrolled via LG Smart Solutions Ltd.
- 4 years from the date of application for applicants enrolled to any partner institutions via LG Smart Solutions Ltd.
- If I wish to opt-out of communications, I can do so by writing to LG Smart Solutions LTD at AW House, 6-8 Stuart Street, Luton, LU1 2SJ or by email to enquires@lgsmartsolutions.co.uk.
